M-100 Refresher Program | Exclusive for Certified M-100 Graduates

This M-100 Refresher Program is a focused, half-day learning experience designed exclusively for professionals who have successfully completed CAI’s M-100 Essentials of Community Association Management course and passed the examination.

Developed as a practical consolidation and update session, the refresher revisits the core principles of community association management, while connecting them to real-world challenges, evolving industry practices, and lessons learned from the field.

This session sharpens judgment, reinforces best practices, and clarifies grey areas that professionals encounter once they are actively managing communities.
