Ioana Dobrescu is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Associate Director of Property Management at CBRE Middle East, with over a decade of experience leading luxury hospitality, mixed-use real estate, and asset management portfolios across the UAE and Europe. She has successfully managed flagship properties such as The Residences at St. Regis Saadiyat and iconic Jumeirah Group assets, consistently achieving record occupancies, revenue growth, and operational efficiencies while maintaining five-star service standards.

As a CPM Instructor with IREM, Ioana  will combine her deep technical expertise with a passion for mentoring, and knowledge sharing. Her background spans pre-opening projects, sustainability initiatives, owners association management, and high-level stakeholder engagement. Ioana aims to bring a dynamic, results-driven perspective to the classroom, inspiring professionals to advance their careers in property and asset management.
