Muslim Kasumov is a communication coach and strategist working between Belgium and Dubai, delivering high-impact training in public speaking, mental agility, leadership communication and public relations. With ove 10 years of experience in the field, he has coached political figures for televised debates, campaign speeches, and public appearances, trained C-suite professionals to deliver impactful presentations and has supported several Belgian federal ministries (Health, Finances, Social Security) through communications and management consulting.

As part of the Innovation Experts Real Estate Institute faculty, Muslim’s courses extend beyond communication excellence. He trains participants in team leadership, stakeholder management, onboarding best practices, and the practical application of agile methodology within professional environments. His approach blends debate techniques, media coaching, and organizational strategy to help professionals think faster, speak more clearly, and lead with confidence in high-pressure contexts.

Muslim is also the founder of communication agency SpeakeZ and Aftermath, a digital community and content center for all things communication. In his free time he is active in the non-profit sector and is the president of 1001 Schakels, a Belgian youth empowerment organization. He is fluent in English, Chechen, French, Dutch and Russian, and is currently studying Japanese and Arabic.
