Dr. Abdelrahman Mohammed Alyassi is a distinguished leader in real estate finance and regulation, with over 22 years of experience spanning the public and private sectors in the United Arab Emirates. Renowned for his strategic foresight and innovation-driven leadership, he has successfully led cross-functional teams in formulating long-term financial plans, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and executing transformative initiatives that streamlined operations while maintaining high standards of service quality and employee satisfaction.
Currently serving at the Dubai Land Department, Dr. Alyassi leads public-private partnership initiatives and develops compensation strategies aligned with both organizational objectives and regulatory frameworks. In his previous role at the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), he managed multi-billion-dirham trust accounts. He played a key role in driving financial planning, regulatory reform, and system automation, achieving over 99% security in real estate financial transactions.
