Terms and Conditions

COURSE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
  • All candidates shall register via www.ierei.ae  -> Click on login/register; once an account is created they can select a course, and proceed to the payment. (alternately they can select the course of their interest, add it to their cart, then proceed to register or login to finalize the payment)
  • Once done, candidates shall receive a digital receipt and confirmation email sent to the registered e-mail.
  • Once attended the course, the system will systematically issue an electronic certificate proving the user’s attendance.
ATTENDANCE
  • Candidates shall reach 10 minutes earlier in order to confirm their attendance.
  • Candidates shall mark their attendance on the website www.ierei.ae  and/or the confirmed location.
  • Please ensure that all the details contained in your student page are accurate (i.e., name, company name, telephone, mobile, and email.
  • Candidates shall abide to the dress code (Smart casual/formal) & be respectful of local customs
  • Candidates for the certification courses shall be eligible for the certificate provided they attend the whole course and passing the Exam that is administered by RERA.
  • Obtaining the course certificate does not mean that you are entitled to a license to practice the profession, you must follow the instructions and requirements of RERA.
USER LOGIN DETAILS
  • Candidate shall receive registered email and password via SMS sent to the registered mobile numbers.
  • Candidates shall use the log-in details for attendance.
  • IE Real Estate Institute shall not provide user names and passwords via calls or emails.
  • Candidates may re-set their password via www.ierei.ae  ->Register/Login->forgot my password.
       *Kindly Note –Candidates shall carry their user name, password and valid ID for attendance.
COURSE RESCHEDULING:
In case of re-scheduling, you will be required to send us an official request via email: info@ierei.ae, however note that the following terms apply:
  • Rescheduling more than 5 working days before the scheduled date of the course shall entitle you to postpone your course free of charge.
  • Rescheduling less than 5 working days prior to the scheduled start of the course shall result in a penalty of 200 AED
  • Rescheduling on the day of the scheduled course shall result in 100% forfeiture of the fee.
CANCELLATION / RE-FUND POLICY:
  • The Participant is entitled to have a full re-fund for the fees paid if the course was cancelled by IE Real Estate Institute.
  • No Refund will be given in case of "absence".
  • Paid courses are non-refundable, unless the trainee provides a valid reason as deemed by the management of IE Real Estate Institute.
  • In case of replacement, you should inform us two working days prior the course date. The replacement fee is AED 200.
Other
  • NON SMOKING: smoking is strictly prohibited
  • Covid-19: All precautions are taken in accordance with the guidelines of DHA
  • MOBILE PHONES: Kindly set it on silent mode or switch them off during classes.
  • IE Institute will not be responsible for any lost or damaged belongings.
  • Cultural, social and ethical norms are to be respected at all times
DIGITAL CERTIFICATES
  • Examinees shall download their certificates from their student profile on www.ierei.ae
  • IE Real Estate Institute shall not provide the candidates with hard copies of the certificate.

  • IE Real Estate Institute shall charge for certificate issuance in hard copy of the certificate/training material.
       *Kindly note that for certification courses, the rules and regulations of RERA will be strictly applied.

PAYMENT
Important note- You may pay directly online while registering for the course and receive a digital receipt via email.
Alternatively, trainees can chose to pay following registration and prior to the scheduled date of the course (cash, wire transfer, Cheque, Credit card).
Privacy Policy:
-       "All credit/debit cards ‘or customer details or information will NOT be sold or shared with any third party"
-       "The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions would be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers must be notified about these changes as well as the Payment Gateway Provider".
VAT  FEES
5% Value Added Tax applicable on all fees.
