Thomas A. McAndrews is the founder, CEO, and President of Tiarna Real Estate Services, a leading West Coast firm managing over 17 million square feet of commercial property. A respected industry leader and court-appointed receiver in more than one hundred foreclosure cases, his clients include major institutions such as AEW, BlackRock, J.P. Morgan, and TIAA.
Tom holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine, and an MBA from the University of Southern California, with additional executive education at Harvard and Stanford Business Schools. A Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM®), he teaches advanced real estate courses for IREM and has served as adjunct professor at the University of San Diego.
Active in professional and community service, Tom is a member of YPO and supports numerous charitable and athletic causes.
