Kanagaraj Gurusamy has over 20+ years of rich experience in Administration, Organizational Development, Facilities Management, Community Association Management, Leadership and Man Management. Kanagaraj has extensive experience of general administrative activities, personnel management, policy and procedure implementation in Community Association Management and facilities Management across the organisation. He is skilled in handling operational services management (soft facility services, hard facility services, contact centre services, short and long term services), Owners Association Management Services (financial management, administrative and secretarial) and budgeting and administration.
Kanagaraj holds Bachelor Degree in Science and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. He is also certified Occupational Safety professional and Lead Trainer (registered in UK) in addition to that he is a qualified Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Large Scale Manager (LMS®), Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Association Management System (AMS®) Professional, CAMICB Certified Manager for Community Association (CMCA®), Effective Management Training, and Project Management Professional (PMI).
