Kirk Watilo

About

Kirk Watilo has held leadership positions in Homeowner Association Management companies in the USA and UAE over the past four decades.  He has instructed for Community Associations Institute for 25 years and has won instructor of the year and author of the year awards from CAI.  He revised all the CAI courses for Dubai and taught classes for Dubai Real Estate Institute.  His passion for teaching and student learning and interaction in his courses is the reason his classes fill up quickly.
