Dr. Nour El-Deen El-Serougy was awarded the title of "Eagle of Real Estate" for his active role in Egypt’s and GCC 2030 real estate vision as well as his international efforts building the bridges of collaboration and trust. He is an Associate Professor, PhD in marketing and digital transformation specializing in the real estate industry and real estate marketing ( AUC – American University In Cairo & MSA Modern Science and Arts University – Greenwich University association ). He is also a member of the FIABCI Emirates Chapter, member the American Marketing Association and the Arab Marketing Association, Member of the Global Ambassadors of Sustainability GAoS.
El Serougy is also an ambassador of the American Market Culture Academy for customer centricity culture that works to develop interest in customer experience, making him an ambassador for the culture of customer focus in North Africa and the Middle East and one of the members of the global CX 300 leaders endorsed by Professor Philip Kotler.
In the real estate market and digital transformation, El Serougy established the famous RED model (Real Estate Digital Model). Moreover, he is the CEO and Founding partner of HRE Properties Egypt as well as managing partner in Brandbourne UK / MENA, a fully-fledged digital transformation company specializing in real estate digital transformation that has proved success in boosting many property developers and brokers’ sales.
Internationally recognized, he received the 2019 Gulf Real Estate Award and has been a judge for many international business leadership awards since 2018 to this day.
His influence in the real estate market has also enabled him to be recognized as an internationally influential real estate marketing consultant in Egypt, UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Turkey, UK, France and Montenegro.
