This course suits students who are involved in the administration part of the real estate industry, whether sales or operational back-office staff, who require to conduct necessary real estate-related operations. This course contains three parts: directly sales-related operations (registering Form-A, Form-B, Form-F, etc), and administration-related operations (Trakheesi Permits, issuing broker cards, etc).

Course Outline
1. Real Estate Sales Operations
- Be able to create Form-A using Dubai REST App.
- Be able to create Form-B using Dubai REST App.
- Be able to create Form-F using Dubai REST App.
- Be able to create Form-I (A to A) using Dubai REST App.
- Complete knowledge of the Dubai REST App and its functionality.
2. Trakheesi and Complete Administration
- Trakheesi (RERA) Permits for marketing: Portals, Social Media, Printed Ads, etc.
- Registering Real Estate Brokers in the government register.
- Renewing RERA Certificates.
- Updating Real Estate Brokers in the government register.
- Submit the application for Dubai Land Ranking.
