Day 4 – Real Estate Smart System Operations (3 hours)
- Be able to create Form-A using Dubai REST App.
- Be able to create Form-B using Dubai REST App.
- Be able to create Form-F using Dubai REST App.
- Be able to create Form-I (A to A) using Dubai REST App.
- Complete knowledge of the Dubai REST App and its functionality.
Trakheesi and Complete Administration
- Trakheesi (RERA) Permits for marketing: Portals, Social Media, Printed Ads, etc.
- Registering Real Estate Brokers in the government register.
- Renewing RERA Certificates.
- Updating Real Estate Brokers in the government register.
- Submit the application for Dubai Land Ranking.
